Please read the description of the item. I will do my best to describe it as accurately as possible. Some items are made when ordered and may not match picture exactly but will be as close as possible. No two items are completely identical but every effort will be made to match it as close as possible. Returns may be made within 4 days of receiving your item. All returns at purchasers expense. If an item has arrived damaged in some way. Just let me know and send pics to show me the damage in case a claim needs to be filed. All items returned must be in unused , undamaged condition. Any refunds will be issued minus shipping costs unless item arrives back Damaged . If you receive an item and just aren't satisfied with it you may return it at your expense and I will issue a refund of the item minus shipping costs, (Unless it was a Custom requests) We can no longer Refund Custom Orders. I must be notified of any returns that you wish to make within 4 days of receiving your item. Please note all items returned must also be received undamaged to receive a full refund of the purchase price. If item is damaged you must file a claim with the carrier that you mailed the item back with to receive damages of the returned item.
Most Items to ship within 5 to 7 days of purchase, Unless otherwise stated. Or Custom orders may take a little longer. Most items that are ready to ship will be mailed on next business day. All items sent either first class or Priority via USPS, with Tracking or Via Fed-Ex (2 to 4 day Ship) I will Provide A Tracking Number. Please make sure your shipping address is correct. I will not be responsible for incorrect address that is given.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
The Standard method of shipping will be USPS First Class International Mail. Shipping Cost Vary by each Country. I can give an Estimate of Shipping arrivals but they aren't always exact. International Buyers please be aware that you are responsible for any taxes, customs fees, or any other amount that may be charged by your home Country. Please check with your Postal Service or Customs Office about any possible Tariffs. We are not responsible for any Conversion fees you may be charged.
