Each furniture piece by English Farmhouse Furniture will have a gentle worn finish that makes it look like an heirloom and well-loved. Natural signs of aging, nicks, scratches, shrinkage, and distressing are a normal part of this antiqued look. Nature is unique and never duplicates, making no two pieces of wood, even from the same tree, exactly alike. Slight color differences between pieces of a collection or even in one piece of furniture may be noticed. Natural stains, knots, wood grains and markings inherent to wood products are considered desirable features, as they enhance the uniqueness and beauty of the furniture.

Shipping and Returns

Made-to-order items are custom made especially for you when you place your order. These items take longer to ship since they will be painted, personalized, built or sewn to meet your exact specifications.

Policy on Furniture and Made-to-Order Items

Rosenberry Rooms offers a broad range of furniture and decorative accessories that are custom made-to-order. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns either on furniture or items that are made-to-order. If you would like to cancel an order for furniture or a made-to-order item, you may do so within 2 days of placing the order.

Shipping Information

Rosenberry Rooms uses FedEx and USPS to ship most items. Oversized items, such as large children's furniture pieces, require extra care in shipping and are handled by an In-Home Delivery Service. When placing an order for children's furniture, you will be given the option of choosing FREE Curbside Delivery, Delivery into Home Entrance Upgrade, or Delivery into Room of Choice & Assembly Upgrade.

FREE Curbside Delivery (We Unload)

All of our children's furniture comes with free curbside delivery. A professional delivery team will unload your children's furniture or decor from the delivery truck and lower it to the curb outside your home. You will be responsible to receive your children's furniture and transfer any items to their final location. We recommend asking a family member or friend for an extra hand.

Delivery into Room of Choice & Assembly Upgrade

Packaging will be removed and recycled, followed by basic assembly of your children's furniture for your convenience.
