Is this not the cutest pallet coffee table ever! You all know I love pallets for many reasons. First…they’re free! Second…they make amazing pallet coffee tables. Third…umm…they’re free…need I say more? You can always find free pallets from building sites, lumber yards, big box stores and/or retail locations. The key is to find companies that receive merchandise on pallets but don’t ship the merchandise out on pallets. They end up with a stockpile of pallets they are begging people to take. Otherwise…they have to pay their employees to break them down and fit them in their dumpster. (Make sure you ask before you take pallets without permission. It is considered stealing)
Second…I love anything recycled and repurposed. I love the rough, industrial look of pallet wood for projects and especially pallet coffee tables.

Pallet Coffee Table Supplies:
2 Pallets that are the same size (Make sure they are pest, mold & mildew free)
Nails, Screws or an Air-Nailer
Furniture Feet ( I often use old table legs, scrap wood or casters)
Stain or Paint
Palm Sander or Coarse Sand Paper and Block
Pallet Coffee Table Instructions:
- Lightly Sand the top and sides of the 2 matching pallets
- Stain or Paint the the 2 pallets in the color of your choice. Let Dry.
- Decide if you are going to add any other details to the top of your table and do that now so it can be drying. This could be a stencil or a monogram for example. Here is the tutorial for the monogram top.
- Turn the bottom pallet over and attach the furniture feet, table legs or casters
- Flip the bottom pallet back over and add the top pallet.
- Using an air nailer or screws…attach the 2 pallets to each other

For this pallet coffee table I used 2 larger pallets and decided to stain finish it.
I love the built in magazine storage in this table.
For this pallet coffee table I repurposed my Family Photo Prop after we were finished with it. It matches the decor for my sitting room so I made a base and attached it to the top.
