“Be joyful in hope, patient in affliction, faithful in prayer.”
Romans 12:12
One more sleep ’til we head to Louisiana to welcome little Samuel home!! Aaaahhhh!!
I had fun adding a few fall touches to the mantel this afternoon. My sweet friend Tiffini from House of Belonging sent me the beautiful sign, and I got the pumpkins at the curbside market in Montgomery. I made sure to thank the kind farmer who sold them to me for doing such a good job plucking them so perfectly. Are you a sucker for a long stem, too? I sure am. The curly-swirlier the better.
Happy weekend, y’all! I look forward to sharing a post about Samuel’s homecoming on Monday!
PS- I retired my “Chapel Market” last year, but if you find yourself in Pike Road, Alabama on Saturday (October 3), the fellas that own the chapel are hosting a similar market called “The Market on Chapel Hill” from 9am-4pm. Here’s a link to their Facebook page if you’re interested in more info!
